o be honest everyone knows you need to practice for better reuslt and to be quick MAT section of NTSE is full of practice. But no one tells how to practice in simple way! Follow this Steps For preparation of NTSE MAT..
  • First thing first you MUST remember the tables upto 30 or atleast say 25. I know you may think this is so silly trick but beleive me those tables will do miracle for you while solving sums. Average time you take for any question will surely get reduced. (This helped me alot in my calculations at the time of exam)
  • Mug up all the squares upto 25–30 and cubes from 1 to 10. I know you might think why this guy is saying to mug up all these things. But trust me series problems, analogy etc problems will be cake walk for you.
  • You need to mug up these all things like you should answer square, cubes or table of any number even if someone wake you up from sleep ;)
  • Now comes so called practice. Daily give a revision to all above things and Try solving 60 questions in one go and in one hour without any break daily!! After a week or 2 you will be enough prepared in terms of speed then start giving mocks.
  • For better quality questions to practice you can refer a book “verbal and non verbal reasoning” by RS Aggarwal" You can get the pdf of this book from our website just click here ...
